I learned so many new techniques”, Executive Recruiter/Program Manager, MetLife “Very informative. Fabulous learning experience!” Senior Sourcing Specialist, Aon Hewitt “Going back to the basics of sourcing and asking the right questions, in the right way can get you the information you’re looking for and candidates you could not otherwise hire”, Executive Recruiter, ADP As we seek to improve the quality of talent we hire, how are we strategically and tactically hiring the most qualified talent and not just the most interested ? If Linked-In is the new, should we be satisfied with calling only a fraction of the qualified talent pool? Can we afford not to use every proven method available to identify and hire key talent? What are we doing to identify and call the 34 - 81% of on-target talent not locatable on the internet and via social networking? We have a few top competitors/academy companies from which we most like to hire talent. Are we reaching out to identify and call these high-priority prospective candidates before our competitors; and if not, how are we preparing to do so? What is our enterprise’s cost of filling these roles compared to the cost of vacancies? How can these on-target, quality-first sourcing techniques diminish time-to-fill? And most of all, what measures are we taking to improve overall candidate quality? Recruit to Win: The 7 Habits of Successful Sourcers™ by ExecuQuest will answer these critical concerns. Effective in all industries, all functions, from individual contributor to executive level, worldwide, t his highly-rated, interactive and fun program will take a traditional approach to recruiting and turn it on its head by offering several innovative techniques to make you the “go-to” expert at our company. You’ll hear actual recorded\calls into our competing companies demonstrating how quickly, methodically, and easily entire teams of candidates can be identified and mapped, in organization chart form, in a few phone calls. Learn how qualifed but reluctant candidates can be compelled to consider your opportunity and become your most successful hires. Previously with Heidrick & Struggles, Conni LaDouceur has developed an empowering recruiter and sourcer training program that delivers real-time, original telephone research and trains recruiters to efficiently and confidently raise the bar.
